Exporting a warehouse and warehouse card

Print your fertiliser and product stock status? Or the movements on a stock card of materials? No problem. Find out how in this article.

The fertilizer, POR and seed warehouse allows you to export both the overall warehouse status overview and the individual material stock cards.

Exporting the current stock status

What will be included in the resulting export is always influenced by the filters on the page. For example, if you are on the stock page for plant protection products and select the export found under the arrow icon in the top right corner, the current stock status of all items will be exported. That is, all the non-zero PORs you have in stock.
However, if you activate the Show non-zero items option above the table, your stock will be expanded by these already consumed PPPs and they will also be listed in the export.
The export can be done in two formats - PDF and XLSX.

Export of material movements

Do you need to export a specific material and its movements for a given period? Then just go to the detail by clicking on the material name, select the period and choose the export format. As with the warehouse export, the export is affected by the filters on the page. Thus, the period for which you want to generate the export must be selected above the table. Then just select the export icon (arrow on the top right), choose the export format (PDF, XLSX) and the export will be downloaded to local storage.
